How to Cook Teriyaki Chicken Drummettes
20 chicken drummettes
1/2 cupteriyaki sauce
2 heads broccoli
2 bunches bok choy
- Place the chicken drummettes in a shallow dish. Pour over the marinade, then place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Prepare the vegetables. Wash and slice the zucchini on the diagonal 1.5 cm thick, wash, then cut the broccoli into small pieces. Remove the large outer leaves of the bokchoy and wash under running water. Do not shake off the excess water, which will help the cooking process.
- Prepare the barbecue for direct-heat cooking. Oil the grill well. Place on the marinated drummettes. Cook, turning regularly for 10-12 minutes.
